Balance of payment is due 40 days prior to tour date. If reservation is made within 40 days of tour date, the entire cost of tour is due at the time of booking. Balance of payment may be made by check or credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. In the event that the minimum number of people for this tour (six) is not confirmed, a full refund of deposits or tour fees paid will be given.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made prior to 40 days of tour date are subject to a fee of $500 per person; cancellation requests must be made in writing. No refunds given for cancellations made within 40 days of tour date (please see Travel insurance below). 

Price includes

• Transfer in private mini van from Ezeiza Airport to five-star hotel in Buenso Aires 
• Seven nights/daily breakfast in a five-star luxury hotel  
• One tour-bus sightseeing of Buenos Aires 
• Five two-hour tango classes (Monday-Friday) with renowned Argentine dancer and individual instructors
• Five dinners, one lunch; wine and beverages included
• Private transportation during all scheduled activities 
• Admission to a milonga house  
• One select tango show 
• Company of tour director, tango teacher, driver and occasional local guides during scheduled activities 
• Transfer from hotel to Ezeiza Airport for departures 
• Gratuities during all scheduled activities
• Suggestions for your free time 

Price does not include:

• Airfare; tour starts and ends at Ezeiza Airport  
• Extra hotel expenses such as laundry, telephone, fax & Internet charges, spa/room services, bar or optional activities
• Discretionary purchases
• Transportation/meals during free time or on any deviation from program 
• Company of tour director/local guides during free time or on any deviation from tour program
• No features or benefits beyond those specifically mentioned in the 'Price Includes' section above

Travel insurance

We recommend that you purchase a travel protection package of insurance benefits and assistance designed to protect both you and your investment in the event of a cancellation within 40 days of tour date. Most such policies offer trip cancellation/interruption, emergency medical/dental, emergency medical evaluation, baggage coverage, travel delay and travel accident. It covers all types of trips, whatever their duration, is available through your airline or travel agency, and the price is based on the total cost of your trip and on your age. 

Dietary restrictions

Due to the nature of our tour, and to the fact that it includes regional food and meals at local restaurants, we are not able to accommodate restricted diets such as salt-free or kosher, macrobiotic or vegan, nor are we able to accommodate the dietary needs of people with food allergies. Vegetarian meals are available most of the time. 

Smoking Policy

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our tour members, smoking is not permitted during group activities and within the interior of places we visit.
