You may register by phone or by filling out this Registration form. Please mail it with a 30% deposit - check only - and a signed Risk Release form to

Balance of payment is due 40 days prior to tour date; if reservation is made within 40 days of tour, the entire cost is due at booking. Balance of payment may be made by check or credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. In the event that the minimum number of people for this tour (six) is not confirmed, a full refund of deposits or tour fees paid will be given. If you choose to travel, you can use your deposit to benefit from our attractive group discount pricing of hotel reservation for up to 7 nights, breakfast included, plus private transportation transfers on your arrival and departure.
In addition, Golden Bee Tours will make recommendations and reservations in Aix or in the Provençal region for you. If you prefer a customized tour, we will design an itinerary tailored to your tastes for a per diem cost of $500. Please see Bespoke tours of Provence for details.

Price includes:
- Private transportation transfer from Marseille Airport to hotel in Aix-en-Provence
- Eight nights/daily breakfast in luxury hotel
- Champagne reception
- Two (optional) painting classes with Provençal painter - in her studio and outdoors; painting materials and travel container included; or
- Guided tour of the Cloisters and game of petanque with the locals

Not included on tour prices:
- Airfare; tour starts and ends at Marseille Airport
- Extra hotel expenses such as laundry, telephone, fax & internet charges, spa/room services, bar or optional services
- Beverages/drinks other than in meals included in the program (group dinners)
- Private chauffeured minivan, meals, company of tour director/local guides during free time or on any deviation of program
- Discretionary purchases
- Features or benefits beyond those specified in the 'Price Includes' section above
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made prior to 40 days of departure are subject to a $500 fee per person; cancellation requests must be made in writing. No refunds given for cancellations made within 40 days of tour date (please see Travel Insurance below).
Travel insurance
We recommend that you purchase individual trip, air, health, accident, baggage and cancellation insurance from your insurance company, to prevent hardship and to recover charges in the event of unexpected cancellation of tour within 40 days of tour date. This coverage is also available through your airline or travel agent, and is based on the total cost, duration, and destination of your trip, as well as on your age.
Dietary restrictions
Due to the nature of our tour, and the fact that it includes regional cuisine and meals at local restaurants, we are not able to accommodate restricted diets, nor are we able to accommodate the dietary needs of people with severe food allergies. Vegetarian meals (though not vegan) are available most of the time.
Smoking policy
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our tour members, smoking is not permitted during group activities or in the places we visit.
